The company was originally founded in 1960 in Lausanne by Mr. Jean Norbert. In 1989 it was incorporated under the name Bureau Technique Norbert, consulting geologists SA. It obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certifications on January 31, 2000.

Between the main office in Lausanne, the branch office in Romont and the subsidiary Norbert SA in Martigny the company counts 17 professional geologist and hydrogeologists.

Our clients include public institutions (federal, state or city administrations,…) as well as private companies or private individuals (electrical companies, land improvement association, commercial groups, cooperatives, large distributors,…).

We are active not only in Switzerland but also in foreign countries such as Albania, Algeria, Angola, Cameroon, China, France, Georgia, Iran, Jordan, Morocco, Portugal, Syria, Tadjikistan and Turkey.
